Version note

This site documents stack 5.14.2. The stack is expected to evolve, so update the version badge and changed procedures when publishing a new coordinated bundle.

Installation

Install the coordinated stack in the order below. The Admatic Theme is uploaded manually before Site Installer. Core remains central, while the theme, installer, Worker, Kit Factory and Elementor run on staging.

Download the current stack

Download the complete release bundle and keep the ZIP available while completing the steps. Extract it locally only when you need the individual plugin and theme ZIP files.

1. Install the Admatic Theme manually

  1. On the staging WordPress site, install the Hello Elementor parent theme.
  2. Open Appearance → Themes → Add New → Upload Theme.
  3. Upload admatic-theme-1.14.2.zip.
  4. Activate Admatic Theme.
  5. Do this before installing Site Installer, even though Site Installer may also be able to install or repair the theme.

2. Install Site Installer

  1. Open Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin.
  2. Upload and activate admatic-site-installer-5.13.1.zip.
  3. Open the Admatic/Site Installer workspace and confirm it recognizes the active Admatic Theme.

3. Install Elementor and Elementor Pro

  1. Install or update Elementor on staging.
  2. Install and activate the licensed Elementor Pro package.
  3. Elementor Pro must not be older than Elementor Core at the major/minor level.

4. Install the remaining staging components

  1. Use Site Installer to install or repair Kit Factory 2.13.1 and Remote Worker 1.6.2.
  2. Keep Admatic Theme active.
  3. Run staging preflight and resolve each hard failure before pairing.

5. Install Admatic Core centrally

  1. On the central development WordPress site, upload and activate admatic-core-2.14.3.zip.
  2. Open Admatic Core → Overview.
  3. Enable Core, the native MCP server and the ChatGPT connection.
  4. Keep Global approval for controlled edits enabled for the normal builder workflow.
  5. Save and run the readiness test.
  6. Complete the WordPress authorization shown under Core → Security.

6. Pair staging with Core

  1. On staging, open Admatic → Remote Worker. If the Admatic admin shell is unavailable, use Tools → Remote Worker.
  2. Generate a ten-minute one-time pairing code and copy the pairing bundle.
  3. On the central site, open Admatic Core → Sites.
  4. Paste the bundle, pair the staging site and choose it as the default target when appropriate.
  5. Run all health checks.

Requirements

Minimum environment

  • WordPress 6.5 or newer.
  • PHP 7.4 or newer.
  • HTTPS for central OAuth and MCP.
  • An administrator with manage_admatic_mcp or manage_options.
  • Elementor and a licensed Elementor Pro installation on staging.
  • Writable uploads and PHP temporary-file storage.

Do not install Core on staging

Admatic Core, ChatGPT MCP and OAuth belong on the central development WordPress installation only. Staging sites connect through Remote Worker.

Pairing security

Remote Worker accepts only paired, high-level Kit Factory operations. It does not expose arbitrary PHP, unrestricted filesystem access, raw database queries or raw Elementor tree writes.
